Job Title: Full-Time Butcher/Meat Cutter

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Full-Time Butcher/Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, cutting, and packaging of meat products. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while ensuring that our customers receive the best cuts of meat. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Cutting, trimming, and preparing various cuts of meat
• Operating and maintaining cutting and grinding equipment
• Weighing, packaging, and labeling meat products for sale
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking displays
• Upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Providing exceptional customer service, including answering questions and offering advice

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Butcher or Meat Cutter
• Knowledge of meat cuts and various butchery techniques
• Ability to use and maintain cutting and grinding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Weekdays + Weekends (Mandatory)
