Delivery Information
Next-Day Delivery: Orders received before 10:00 AM are scheduled for delivery on the following business day.
Weekend Orders: Please note that orders placed during the weekend will be processed for delivery on the upcoming Monday.
In-Store Pickup Information
Notification System: We value your time. To ensure a seamless pickup experience, we will notify you via your preferred contact method as soon as your order is prepared and ready for collection. Please wait for the confirmation to avoid any inconvenience.
Payment Methods
Local Delivery Orders:
After you place an order for local delivery, we will carefully review and process it. Within 24 hours, you will receive an invoice at the email address provided during the order process. This invoice includes all order details and a secure link for online payment.
Please ensure payment is completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to avoid any delays in your delivery.
Pick-Up Orders:
For orders you prefer to pick up yourself, we offer two payment options:
Pay Online: If you select the 'Pay Online' option during the ordering process, we will send an invoice to your email after processing your order. This invoice will contain a secure link that directs you to our online payment portal. Like our local delivery orders, you're free to use a range of payment methods. Ensure you complete the payment within 24 hours to have your order ready for the scheduled pick-up time.
Pay on Pick-Up: You may also choose to pay at the time of pick-up. If you select this option, please have your payment ready to facilitate a quick and efficient pick-up process.
